Minimum Qualifications:

  • 21 years of age.
  • Proof of authorization/eligibility to work in the United States.
  • Bachelor’s degree required in business, pre-law or equivalent experience with an MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in a Procurement Contract Management or a related field
  • Strong expertise and track record of success in marketing – specifically social media strategy, on-line marketing and media  
  • Able to drive strong stakeholder relationships with marketing and partner cross-functionally to drive process and discipline, project management, sourcing data based decisions 
  • Other category/contract expertise in Human Resources, Outside Services, Finance, Audit, Tax, Compliance and Professional Services related categories is a plus
  • Manages conflict - Able to identify and effectively handle a range of conflict management situation
  • Strong senior management client engagement skills
  • Previously negotiated and implemented large marketing and service contracts
  • Understanding of contract language both commercial and legal terms and negotiate best-in-class agreements. Ability to redline contract terms and secure legal approvals
  • Be able to champion the development of best-in-class marketing strategies along with sourcing and contracts for category
  • Drive selection of suitable suppliers and comprehensive supply base management
  • Drive sourcing selection based on total cost of ownership
  • Use of (procurement) and sourcing technology / systems (Ariba is a plus) 
  • Provide team leadership and have executive presence
  • Ability to perform complex analysis for supplier and material contracts, develop long range commodity plans, streamline operational procedures, perform continuous improvement activities, and present project reports to senior management. 
  • Knowledge of financial and cost management, contract management, and spreadsheet analysis.
  • Skills with Microsoft Office suite and spreadsheets are essential. 
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and other Team Members of different backgrounds and levels of experience.
  • Must be able to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.

  • Work indoors and be exposed to various environmental factors such as, but not limited to, CRT, noise, dust, and cigarette smoke.
