Minimum Qualifications:

  • 21 years of age.
  • Proof of authorization/eligibility to work in the United States.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 2 years of combined experience in auditing, general accounting, cage, of casino operations with a minimum of 1 year of audit/accounting experience. 
  • Exhibits outstanding leadership, prioritization, and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Word and Excel preferred
  • High ethical standards, level of commitment and ability to cope with complexity and change.
  • Working knowledge of:
    • Gaming/non-gaming audits.
    • Statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Must be able to analyze balance sheet fluctuations, review profit & loss statements and provide pertinent information to upper management.
  • Must be able to assist in training and motivating team members.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English, both in spoken and written form.
  • Possess skills to hasten resolution, assess course of action, and implement or take action based upon findings.
  • Render advice, and provide expertise or judgment based on information gathered, studied, analyzed or reviewed.
  • Must possess strong time management, attention to detail, and analytical skills.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain Nevada Gaming Control Board registration and any other certification or license, as required by law or policy. 
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and other Team Members of different backgrounds and levels of experience.
  • Must be able to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to:

  • Lift or carry 25 pounds, unassisted, in the performance of specific tasks, as assigned.
  • Physically access all areas of the property with or without a reasonable accommodation.
  • Maintain composure under pressure and consistently meet deadlines with internal and external customers and contacts.
  • Ability to interact appropriately and effectively with guests, management, other team members, and outside contacts.
  • Ability for prolonged periods of time to walk, stand, stretch, bend and kneel.
  • Work in a fast-paced and busy environment.
  • Work indoors and be exposed to various environmental factors such as, but not limited to, CRT, noise, dust, and cigarette smoke.
