Position Overview:

The Relationship Marketing Campaign Coordinator will be responsible for implementing and executing direct mail and e-mail programs. The coordinator will work with various departments and outside vendors in order to initiate and implement the new mail campaigns. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and The Venetian and The Palazzo Resort Hotel Casino’s policies, practices, and procedures

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Coordinates execution of all direct mail and e-mail programs
  • Meticulously proofreads mail and e-mail copy and creative
  • Accurately creates various campaign offer matrices in Excel with high variable content
  • Ensure that drop and blast dates are met by proofing in a timely and efficient manner
  • Manipulate data lists in Excel in order to ensure accuracy for campaign requirements
  • Evaluate, analyze and understand guest play in order to make a logical decision on assigning an offer, if appropriate   
  • Submit accurate e-mail vendor requests, Excel campaign matrices, purchase requisitions and other campaign related requests
  • Answer department shared line and daily monitoring of shared inbox in order to assist both internal/external guest inquires


  • Consistent and regular attendance is an essential function of this job
  • Performs other related duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 21 years of age
  • Proof of authorization/eligibility to work in the United States.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or 1-2 years related experience
  • Ability to understand and use advanced features of Excel, Outlook, and other MS Office products
  • Exceptional organizational and problem solving skills, analytical thinker with strong attention to detail
  • Experience with casino/hotel systems preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively utilizing English, both in oral and written form
  • Maintain a positive attitude toward work and interface with all guests in a congenial and polite manner
  • Must be able to address stressful situations with clients with dignity and the utmost tact and politeness
  • Maintain physical stamina and proper mental attitude while dealing effectively with guests, management, team members, and outside contacts while working under pressure and meeting deadlines
  • Must be able to work with others, communicate well, give direction, review the work of others, and provide guidance and counsel when needed to achieve department goals and objectives
  • Maintain a professional, neat and well-groomed appearance adhering to Company appearance standards.
  • Must be able to obtain a gaming license

Physical Requirements:

  • Maintain physical stamina and proper mental attitude while dealing effectively with guests, management, team members, and outside contacts while working under pressure and meeting deadlines
  • Withstand various activities such as sitting for long periods
  • Ability to lift or carry a minimum of 20 pounds, unassisted, in the performance of specific tasks assigned
  • Be able to work indoors and be exposed to various environmental factors such as, but not limited to CRT fatigue, noise, dust, cigarette smoke, and be able to access all areas of the property.
  • Must be able to frequently move freely about the office, maintain manual dexterity to access computer via computer keyboard and operate office equipment, such as telephones, copiers, fax machine, etc., withstand various activities such as frequent walking, sitting for long periods and withstand prolonged standing, stretching, bending and kneeling without restriction.
